Our Story

Our kitchen and bakery are built around tradition. From freshly cracked eggs in the morning to homemade soups, comfort food classics, scratch-made breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cream puffs, and nearly 30 flavors of pie throughout the year, everything is made with the kind of care you can taste.

Guests travel from all over for favorites like our homemade cinnamon bread, massive breakfast platters, fresh sandwiches, weekly specials, seafood features during Lent, and desserts that have become legendary throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Bingham's is also proud to welcome the hardworking travelers of I-81 with large parking areas, friendly service, hot coffee, and homemade food worth pulling over for.

What truly makes Bingham's special, though, is the people. For generations, families have made memories around these tables - celebrating birthdays, Sunday breakfasts, road trips, holidays, and everyday moments together.
